The Cortina Method (TCM)

Feeling stuck? Wanting to change certain thoughts, emotions, beliefs, or behaviors? If you have tried several ways to feel better, you may even know what to do, but yet still cannot feel the way you desire then you are absolutely in the right place. We all have experiences in our lives that we struggle to move forward from. There may be one incident, or many, with some of those experiences being recent or from long ago. The brain may need updated & optimized when difficult experiences happen.  Being stuck says nothing about you as a person but that your brain, an organ, isn’t functioning as expected.

What is TCM?

This methodology utilizes a multi-step strategic brain-based protocol rooted in the latest neuroscience findings and philosophy to resolve trauma; alleviating emotional and behavioral difficulties.  Bothersome single incidents or multiple decades of trauma can be resolved in a fraction of the time of other traditional approaches to treatment. This process involves brain optimization and memory reconsolidation in a way that is meant to be gentle, uplifting, and light; avoiding pain that you have already had to endure.  Root causes of issues are identified and refiled to allow for a new neural pathway to be created.  This resolves subconscious blocks that has prevented a person from moving forward.  At Healing Within, LLC we focus on creating change and cohesiveness with all levels of mind so that you have ability to automatically respond to life in ways that you feel are beneficial, desirable, and productive and in a way that is natural, automatic, and lasting. Telehealth is offered.

What should I expect during a TCM visit?

During the free discovery call, what there is to resolve is identified and where the issue is stuck in the system is determined. From there we will schedule a visit. During the visit, I will do most of the talking but my guest is an active participant as well. The visit is comprised with the latest brain-based neuroscience findings, metaphors, storytelling, brain-based language, calming techniques, movement, and more. It is designed to get the maximum amount done in the minimum amount of time. The visits are typically 60 minutes to 2 hours. TCM is not ongoing therapy. Telehealth is offered for these visits.
