Julie Myers, LMHC-A

I believe each person has value and I strive to convey that belief by empowering others to believe in themselves. Everyone has a story to tell and I consider it an honor to sit with people and hear their stories. I want to help individuals find healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, or relationship wounds through strength-based building. I desire to see clients overcome their challenges and live their best life. I aim to create an environment where each person feels supported and safe to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It takes strength and courage to be honest about how you are experiencing life. If you're looking for a safe person or space, I would love to be the one to sit with you.
