  • Peer Consultation

I enjoy consulting with my peers when there is a difficult case. We can work together to conceptualize the case, brainstorm ideas, problem solve barriers, resource allocation, address therapeutic dynamics at play, and review what has been attempted thus far. This may include creative interventions, rapport building, treatment planning/direction, and resource securing.

  • Clinical Supervision

One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is helping other therapists on their journey. I know what it’s like to have supervision that was lacking, to put it nicely, and I have also been lucky enough to experience supervision that was life and practice changing. Assisting others in gaining insights and ideas about how to help the most challenging clientele is rewarding and a learning experience on my end as well. I have a straightforward approach to help with clients, in a way that integrates professional development, skill building, and self care. I provide an inclusive space for you to learn and grow as an clinician to help you overcome obstacles so you can be the therapist that aligns with who you are. I will assist in meeting licensure requirements as the foundation for a successful career as a mental health professional.

  • Writing and Research

I enjoy writing in a professional capacity. I am devoted to ‘macro’ level work, such as research and writing, to advocate for those I serve; this fulfills a special part of my social worker heart. I have been able to secure many grants through my writing as well as collaborate with my peers in different writings to assist other practitioners utilize different theoretical concepts.
