Modalities offered: Community presentations, educational sessions, corporate organization training, hands on learning, and lunch and learns. Trainings can be provided for any type of community group. This could be anywhere from basic education to therapeutic concepts to specific topic that is desired.

Workshops/Speaking Engagements
Workshops, panelist talks, seminars, trainings, and other events for groups are all offered. Whether its a quick lunch & learn workshop for professional development or a need to create a specific presentation tailored to your team, I enjoy collaborating on ways to further learning and enhancing engagement. I have educated others about various types of trauma, self esteem, stress reduction, self care, compassion, power and control dynamics, healthy relationships, anger, violence, along with general mental health and addiction knowledge. I am also available to speak on topics related to therapists, the differences between therapists/specialties, and the issues they face in our field/workplaces to address the way therapists are systematically valued and treated our field.
